Varga János Project – Wings 2.
No, he is not the ZZ Top guitarist. Varga is the original guitarist of East, and this is the second album of the project he started along with the original drummer of East. The sound have lot of variety, sharp and dynamic, aggressive yet lyrical, and it has all the elements that Symphonic Rock lover would wish to have. The break in the first track has the best element of what East had. The combination of edgy guitar and synth, driving drums, no trace of Metal, Fusion, Classical, and it ain't Pop as well, so what left here might be the most purest form of Rock music? Oh, did I forgot to tell you that this is all instrumental.
