Enlarge this picture! In June 1969 The Manfred Mann pop group disbanded after 5 1/2 years of successfully making hit records. Manfred Mann Chapter III was formed by Manfred Mann and Mike Hugg, who had originally formed the Manfred Mann pop group.

Enlarge this picture! Released in November 1969, Manfred Mann Chapter Three was Vertigo's third album release. Mike Hugg was the vocalist, pianist and principle song writer with Manfred playing organ and arranging the album's contents. The highlight was 'Snakeskin Garter' with an excellent bass solo by Steve York. Other contributors were Bernie Living (Sax).
