The SzaMaBa is a dedicated group to the ethno or world music in Hungary. The chamber orchestra, which concentrates on performing improvised and folk music and features the creativity with great feeling, was fomed in 1982. The name of the group is an abbreviation representing the initials of the founder-members. From the 1980's the group has continuously come into the limelight not only with ethno music but with free music.
