"Our orchestration mostly fits the Greek Taverna music: our solo instruments, the bouzouki, and the tango accordion are accompanied by tuberleki, baglama, piano, bass guitar and acoustic guitar. Greek bands in Hungary have a very tough job: the audience of Greek dance clubs desire the most special songs of Crete, as much as the latest pop hits. To supply these requirements, we have selected a very colourful repertoire: we paly rebetiko and laika, and we give a taste of pondiako (Pondos), nisiotiko (the islands) and ipirotiko (the mountains). We put many Bulgarian, Macedonian, Turkish folk songs on the boards, and we don't even ignore the popular Greek hits."
